I like the color shades are there. Nice effect of shadow to define selected column in front of others. Great work by designer, but there are two things make it more better in my opinion, That are below: i) There are some white pixels around the signup button image in corner sides may be because it's gif instead of png. ii) Second thing in 'Enterprise' column's left side(Business column's shadow area) is looking more saturated then other area.
